Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands.Our client, who is a global financial service provider of credit cards, loans, investments, more is seeking a Freelance UX Designer to join their dynamic Creative Design Team.• Pay Range: $60-65 hr• Location: NYC/ Jersey City (Hybrid 3x a week)• Length of Assignment: 12 months with the opportunity to convert to staff• Experience: 3-6 years of Mobile/iOs experience.Key Responsibilities:• You'll be joining a dynamic and growing team, working on a high-impact project that integrates luxury lifestyle offerings into a mobile experience.• Collaborate with the Senior Experience Designer to transform initial concepts into functional design artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, and flow diagrams.• Work closely with Product and Engineering Teams to ensure designs align with user needs and business objectives.• Utilize existing design systems, documentation, and libraries from our client's team and external vendors.• Provide feedback and support to the technology team, ensuring designs are implemented as intended.• Contribute to discussions on product vision, roadmap, and requirements, focusing on execution and delivery.• Present your work to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:• Proficiency in Figma and experience in creating detailed design artifacts.• Experience in interaction design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise.• Experience in lifestyle categories such as dining, fashion, and e-commerce is highly desirable.• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and presenting your work to leadership.Perks & Benefits:• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance• Life Insurance• 401k Program• Commuter Benefit• eLearning• Education Reimbursement• Ongoing Training & Development• *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.To learn more about this Freelance UX Designer opportunity, apply now.
